THE STORY
Factotum are the business for businesses. Whatever you need as a company that you don’t have the skills for already they can help you. From accounts to HR and marketing, their services help businesses of any size and at any point in their existence grow sustainably and answer questions they didn’t know they had to ask.
THE BRIEF
Factotum approached us to create a series of case study films that told the stories of a cross section of their clients and explored how their work together had helped the companies grow. Focused on companies and clients of different sizes and different needs, Factotum asked for us to carry out filming and interviews of the different contributors and then edit them into standalone films that each reflect the business at their centre, the challenge they had to overcome and how working with Factotum has been a transformative undertaking for them.
THE SOLUTION
We spent three days travelling to different company offices as well as specific locations in London to film interviews with the different case study contributors. Each interview was filmed using two cameras and the subjects were as varied as the companies themselves. Some were established names like Vidal Sassoon while others were relative startups. In each case we took the master interviews and where there was B-roll to gather shot that and where there was none we found alternative pathways. We edited all of the footage for each of the films using story arcs for each that covered off the impact of Factotum on the company at the centre of the film and supplied all of them within seven days for their marketing campaign to get underway.
